Return Policy

Refund, Return, Exchange policy 

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you an exchange. 

Product Return/Exchange Requirements 

One of the following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange: 

  • Product is expired 
  • Incorrect product shipped 
  • Container’s inner seal is broken, damaged, or open. Dented containers with a seal properly secure and sealed do not qualify 
  • Order not delivered or tracking number did not update (within 30 days from the order date for domestic orders in the USA, and within 45 days from the order date for international orders). 

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned. 

Proof of purchase 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange. 

Sale and clearance items 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately clearance items cannot be exchanged.

Returns 

If you a returning an item that meets the qualifying criteria you will be able to receive a new order of the same items free of charge. 

If you are requesting a return that does not meet the qualifying criteria, you must first contact us via our website or mobile application. 

Items not meeting the return/exchange criteria must be returned to 308 Hibiscus Drive Las Vegas, NV 89107. Once we receive the returned order, and our staff has confirmed that the items shipped may be repurposed, this means that the items can be used for another order, then we may issue an order credit to your account for the product wholesale cost only. In this 

scenario, we will not issue an order credit for the shipping costs. If the items are opened, or arrive damaged to our fulfillment center, an order credit will not be possible 

Shipping items 

In order to return an order, you must contact us first. You can contact us via our website or Mobile Application. 

All approved exchanges will be reshipped free of charge 

Returns can be mailed to:308 Hibiscus Drive Las Vegas, NV 89107. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs. 

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.
